2. See the link below to establish an account to make ongoing electronic payments via EFTPS. EFTPS is a free system offered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to pay federal taxes online. New enrollments for EFTPS can take up to five business days to process. A benefit to this method is that the online account saves your payment information so you do not need to enter it every time you make a payment.

3. See the link below for choices to make a one-time payment to the IRS with a Debit or Credit Card. Please note that fees do apply if you choose this method.

Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR)

1. See the link below to make a one-time e-check payment directly on the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) website on the MyTax Illinois page. Scroll to “Quick Links” (No login needed) part way down the page and then click “Make an Individual Income Tax Payment”.
2. See the link below to establish an account to make ongoing electronic payments to the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) by establishing a MyTax Illinois account. MyTax Illinois is a free system offered by the IL Department of Revenue (IDOR) to pay your Illinois taxes online. A benefit to this method is that the online account saves your payment information so you do not need to enter it every time you make a payment.
